Why are AI and data costs not included?
Norixia is bring-your-own-keys. You connect your own LLM provider (Anthropic, OpenRouter, CheaperInference) and, if you want, Apollo, Firecrawl and Tavily. You pay them directly at their price, with no markup, and the overview shows what every agent costs against a soft monthly budget.
How much do the AI models cost in practice?
It depends on the model and the volume. A light model is enough for many tasks, and you can pick a model per agent, per routine or even per step. The usage panel projects your month-end cost so there is no surprise.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your workspace. Your projects, agents and data stay where they are.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
The Starter plan is free with no credit card, so you can set up a project and hire your first agents before you decide.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Sending limits protect your domain and are never exceeded silently: agents simply wait for the next window. For plan limits (projects, agents), we will ask you to upgrade rather than cut anything off.
